The Rocket City Vet Conference does not provide childcare. Children less than 3 years old can attend without a ticket. Children 4 years and older may attend with their own ticket. RCVC trusts parents' judgment that any included children would attend in a way that does not disrupt the conference experience for others.

However, if necessary, attendees of any age that are disrupting the conference experience for others may be asked to leave the conference without a refund.

Out-of-towners can arrive on Friday, attend Saturday, and head out Sunday morning without ever leaving the building. However, you do not have to be from out-of-town to enjoy a nice hotel stay in a convenient proximity to the conference.
